- How Do You Calculate Fees?
Good news! Our platform is completely free for the first six months. If we introduce any fees in the future, we'll give you a full month's notice via email and our communication channels, so you'll always be informed in advance.
- How Do I Pay My Invoices?
You can pay your invoices via bank transfer through Al-Haram or any money transfer center. Once the payment is confirmed, your points will be added to your account. You can also pay using Sertel Cash or MTN Cash. This process is fast and usually takes no more than 3 hours.
- Are There Any Hidden Fees Not Displayed In The Pricing Table?
No, there are no hidden fees on our platform. Everything is transparent and clearly displayed, which is one of the key standards we pride ourselves on. We do not take any commission between buyers and sellers—we simply provide a modern, professional platform to showcase properties and holiday homes. If any changes occur, all users will be notified at least one month in advance.
