No online service can promise absolute security, so use a password you don't reuse anywhere else and never share it. Security on the property side is a shared job: before you commit to anything, ask to see the title deed and the ID of the person you are dealing with, view the property yourself or send someone you trust, and keep the conversation on the contact channel shown on the listing. AqaarGate will never ask you to transfer money before you have seen and verified a property. If a listing or a person seems wrong, report it from our Contact page and our team will review it.

Costs and Payments

  • AqaarGate is entitled to a 2% commission upon the completion of a property sale. As for rentals, we charge a service and handling fee not exceeding 3/4 of one month's rent. If any additional fees apply, the property owner will be informed of everything before any action is taken. As for holiday homes and farms, the terms are agreed upon between the owner and AqaarGate's representatives—either by increasing the rental price or through a specific percentage taken after the agreement is concluded between the owner (or authorized agent) and AqaarGate.

  • If you are inside Syria, you can pay in cash at our office — Al-Jumhuriya Street, Qneines Project, across from Al-Panorama — or via Sham Cash or Syriatel Cash transfer. If you are outside Syria, we are open to all payment methods, whether by money transfer or PayPal.

  • There are no hidden fees. Any additional fees, should they apply, are agreed upon between the company's representative and the seller or landlord.

Safety and Security

  • Our platform fully supports both Arabic and English. You can switch between the two languages at any time.

  • The protections you can actually see and use:

    Reviewed Listings: every listing an agent submits is checked by our team before it appears on the site.

    Identifiable Agents: agents confirm their phone number and email before they can publish, and their contact details appear on their listings.

    Details Reserved for Members: the full street address, the exact map pin, and property videos are shown only to logged-in users, which limits bulk copying of owners' and agents' data.

    Reporting: if a listing looks fake or misleading, tell us from the Contact page — we can remove the listing or block the agent's account.

    No Upfront Payment: AqaarGate never asks you to transfer money before you have seen and verified a property.

    These measures reduce risk; they do not remove it. Always inspect a property and check its paperwork before you pay anything.

  • We collect only what we need to run your account and your listings, and we share it only in the cases set out in our Privacy Policy. Your password is stored so that nobody at AqaarGate can read it, and traffic between your device and the site is encrypted. When you contact an agent about a property, the name and contact details you enter are passed to that agent so they can reply to you. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data at any time, and deleting your account permanently removes your listings, messages, and favorites.

  • Report it quickly via phone, email, or our website form, and our team will help you get back on track.

  • Farms and villas offered for rent must be booked several days ahead of the desired date. Because demand is high, the farm or villa you want may already be reserved for those dates — in that case the AqaarGate team will offer you other suitable options that match what you are looking for. Share your details (city, dates, number of guests) and we will help you find an available one.
