These converted amounts are approximate and are calculated using exchange rates obtained from a third-party exchange-rate provider. They are indicative only, are refreshed periodically, and may differ from actual bank, market, or transaction rates. A listing's binding price is always the amount shown in its original currency; the converted figure is provided for guidance and does not constitute a price, an offer, or financial advice. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party rates.

Account deletion is irreversible, and we cannot restore your account or data after deletion. Please ensure you have saved any important information before proceeding with account deletion.

To protect the privacy and security of property owners and agents and to prevent the misuse of their data, some listing details are not shown to guests (visitors who are not logged in). You must create an account and log in to view the following:

• The property's full street address
• The exact location on Google Maps
• Property videos

Other details — such as the listing's contact details (the AqaarGate team's, as set out in our Terms and Conditions), photos, price, and general area — remain visible to everyone. Logging in is free, and we only use your account to grant access to these details, not to share them with third parties.

13. AqaarGate's Business Model and Usage

Platform Role — AqaarGate Connects Sellers and Buyers: AqaarGate is a real estate platform that publishes property listings and connects sellers and landlords with buyers and tenants. Listings carry AqaarGate's contact details, so enquiries come to our team, which puts the parties in touch. The sale or rental contract itself is concluded between the seller (or their agent) and the buyer; AqaarGate is not a party to that contract, but is entitled to the commission set out in Section 20 of our Terms and Conditions when the deal is completed through AqaarGate.

Revenue Model - Listing Points and Commission on Deals We Bring: AqaarGate's revenue and profit come from points that agents pay when they publish property listings on our platform, and from commission on deals completed through AqaarGate. We do not take any commission, fee, or benefit from a sale or rental that the parties conclude on their own, without AqaarGate. Our revenue is generated through:

• Listing Publication Points: Points deducted from agent accounts when they publish property listings on our platform
• Agent Subscription Packages: Package subscriptions (basic, premium, enterprise) purchased by agents
• Points Purchases: Points purchased by agents to maintain their account balance for listing publications
• Platform Usage Fees: Other platform usage fees (if applicable in the future)
• Commission on Completed Transactions: Commission on a sale or rental completed through AqaarGate, at the rates set out in Section 20 of our Terms and Conditions

AqaarGate takes no financial interest, benefit, commission, or any other form of compensation from a transaction that a seller and a buyer conclude on their own, without AqaarGate.

Commission — The Same Rules for Every Listing: When a sale or rental is completed through AqaarGate, AqaarGate is entitled to 2% of the agreed sale price (4% for land and plots) or three quarters of the first month's rent for rentals, whoever published the listing and whatever the property's price. The rates may be discussed and agreed with the owner. An owner who pays the US$500 per-listing fee for direct contact takes AqaarGate out of that listing's deal, and no commission is due on it. The full terms are in Section 20 of our Terms and Conditions.

Advance Notification of Changes: If there are any changes to our business model, revenue structure, points system, fees, services, privacy practices, or policies that affect users, we will notify ALL types of users (regular users and agents) in advance. Material changes will be communicated with at least one (1) full month's advance notice via email and our communication channels. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand AqaarGate operates as a listing platform, and generates revenue from listing publications, agent subscriptions, and commission on deals completed through AqaarGate, as described above.

15. Contact Information Displayed on Listings

All Listings Carry AqaarGate's Contact Details: Every listing on AqaarGate — whether published by an agent, a registered user, a visitor or AqaarGate's own team — displays AqaarGate's contact details (phone, WhatsApp and email) instead of the owner's or agent's personal details. Enquiries are routed to AqaarGate, and we relay them to the owner. The owner's own phone, WhatsApp and email are stored privately, used only by our team to reach them about the listing, and are not published or shared with other users.

Direct Contact (Special Update): An owner or agent may request a special update for a listing, for a fee of US$500 per listing, so that their own contact details are shown on it and buyers' messages reach them directly. On such a listing their details are public, and AqaarGate takes no commission when it is sold or rented. See Section 20 of our Terms and Conditions.

Note: In both cases, the contact channel shown on a listing is the lawful contact channel for that listing. Visitors should use only the displayed channel to enquire about the property.

16. Payment Safety — We Will Never Ask for Upfront Payment

We believe that trust is built not through words, but through transparency and genuine action.

We also want to make clear that listing a property on the AqaarGate platform requires no upfront payment.
