It works in Arabic and English with no filters to fill in, and when nothing matches exactly it shows the closest results instead.

Yes. Following the 2021 legal amendments, foreigners can own property in Syria with government approval, and Syrians abroad can complete a purchase remotely through an official power of attorney. AqaarGate's team helps you understand the steps and the title-deed (tabu) and power-of-attorney paperwork, and connects you with an agent in the city you are buying in.

Listings cover apartments, villas, buildings, offices, commercial units, land, chalets, holiday homes and investment projects, both for sale and for rent. Holiday homes, chalets and villas are also listed for daily and weekly rental over the summer and holiday seasons.

Browsing, searching and creating an account on AqaarGate are free, and owners and agents can add their own listings, which go live after review.
