What you can register for
Register Interest covers both sale and rental searches, across apartments, villas, buildings, offices, commercial units, land, holiday homes and investment projects. Your criteria do not have to be final — register what you know now, and submit another request later if it changes.

You can register a search in Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, Idlib, Daraa, As-Suwayda, Deir ez-Zur and Raqqah.
Frequently asked questions about registering interest
Do I need an account to register my interest?
No. The form is open to everyone — there is no sign-up and no log-in step. You fill in the three steps, submit, and that is it.
Is there a charge for registering interest?
No. Registering a search is free and there is no payment step in the form. A sale commission or rental service fee only comes up if a deal actually goes ahead, and it is discussed and agreed in advance.
Is an email address required?
No. The required fields are your name, phone number, city, property type and whether you are buying or renting. Email is optional — add it if you want an alert when a matching property appears, otherwise our team reaches you by phone.
What happens after I submit?
Your search goes to the AqaarGate team, who compare it against listings as they come in. When a property fits, they contact you directly. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime.
Can I register more than one search?
Yes. If you are looking in more than one city, or at more than one type of property, submit the form again with the different criteria — each request is handled separately.
Can I register from outside Syria?
