Victory Boulevard

Overview

Victory Boulevard is a major urban development project in Homs, Syria, developed in cooperation with Homs Governorate and Al Omran Real Estate Development & Investment Company. The project aims to contribute to the redevelopment and urban regeneration of key areas of Homs, with the first phase focusing on the Al-Masabgh and Al-Hal Market areas. The development is planned to include approximately 4,500 residential units, commercial, investment and service facilities, modern infrastructure, and the development of Al-Nasr Park as a large public recreational area. The project includes the development of water, electricity, wastewater, gas and road networks, with urban designs intended to reflect the architectural identity of Homs. According to the Homs Governorate, the project is expected to create approximately 15,000 direct employment opportunities during implementation, in addition to permanent employment opportunities in construction and services. The project is planned to be implemented in phases over a period not exceeding seven years
